Hampton Inn Philadelphia/King Of Prussia (Valley Forge)

From the moment we arrived, check-in was effortless staff were genuinely on-the-ball, and everything felt organized and stress-free. Breakfast was a real highlight: fresh, satisfying, and exactly what you want before heading out. The quiet street location mattered more than I expected, because we slept deeply with zero outside noise. For this level of comfort, cleanliness, and service at such a fair price, I’d book again in a heartbeat.

Beds were comfy; room was clean. (Most important aspects of a hotel) Stayed 2 nights; housekeeping did not come in so trash/ towels were not changed and bed was not made. TV channels would not load and front desk brushed it off as it was a new system so nothing they could do about it and actually seemed annoyed that we approached them. A technician did come in on Saturday morning and told us it would be up and running when we returned later in the day but it was not. I heard others also mentioning that their tvs weren't working. On Friday we had to sign in to our own streaming service. Saturday night we were not even able to do that as internet was down and because of this issue we couldnt sign out of our service. Breakfast was pretty good and kept replenished though coffee and hot water were more on the warmish side. I love the fact that coffee / tea is available anytime!

Hotel wasnt the cleanest in the common areas, location was behind a gas station off a highway... but near our destination. Staff was very polite and helpful

Such a great experience- after having an Airbnb booked for our stay in Philadelphia that ended up being a nightmare, we had to find a new place and fast! With a small dog and my husband, this hotel hits all the needs- comfy bed, extra pillows, lots of space, guest laundry, hot coffee and breakfast and the BEST customer service of Carmen Lisette! We had to add a few extra days to our stay and she made it a breeze. Highly recommend :)

This place is great The rooms are clean and are very comfortable. The housekeeping does a wonderful job keeping up daily with rooms and things needed throughout your stay. Carmen and Tim have been very professional and really care about your stay. The staff here is great and the hotel is pristine! Thank you Hampton kop!

Wow! THE perfect place to stay for Christmas shopping at King Of Prussia Mall...you can literally walk over. Carmenlisette at the front desk greeted myself and other guests with the biggest smile and lots of tips on the area! Their lobby is adorably decorated for the holiday, as well. Rooms are quaint and comfy-bathroom comes stocked with shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and hair dryer (necessity for us ladies). Be sure and check out Eddie V's for their fantastic happy hour that's walking distance :)

Good overall experience. A couple minor things could be better, but would definitely stay here again if I come back to the Philly area. Very nice employees at the front desk. And good breakfast selection.

The location was convenient for a quick nights rest. The room cleanliness to be desired…. We were making the pull out sofa bed for my toddler to sleep on and my toddler ended up pulling out a condom that was under neath the pull out sofa bed.. luckily it was not used but unfortunately it insured that the room was not thoroughly cleaned before us. We brought our concerns to Roger. Roger handled the issue seamlessly bringing it to management. Roger was very friendly at the check in process as well with tips on restaurants open on the holiday as well as local things to do!
